These terms describe the general principles that apply when using the Rouh & Rihan Academy website and participating in academy learning services.
Using the academy
Students and families should provide accurate information that is reasonably necessary to arrange learning. A parent or guardian should be involved where required for a child. Program recommendations are based on the information available and may change after a teacher better understands the learner's level.
Lessons and learning progress
Teaching is designed to support progress, but learning outcomes depend on many factors including attendance, practice, starting level, individual ability and consistency. Enrollment does not create a guarantee that a particular academic or memorization result will be achieved within a fixed period.
Scheduling
Lesson times should be agreed clearly. Students and families are responsible for being available at the scheduled time with suitable internet access and equipment. Changes, missed lessons and cancellations are handled according to the academy's current scheduling and cancellation arrangements.
Payments and packages
Where a paid service or lesson package is selected, the applicable price, lesson arrangement and payment expectations should be made clear before purchase or confirmation. Questions about unused lessons, cancellation or refunds should be reviewed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Website and learning materials
Website content and academy-created learning materials are intended for personal educational use unless permission states otherwise. Content should not be copied, republished, sold or presented as another organisation's material without appropriate permission.
Respect and safeguarding
Participation is subject to the academy's Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policy. Rouh & Rihan Academy may take reasonable action when behavior threatens safety, dignity, learning or the rights of another participant.
Service availability
Online services can occasionally be affected by internet, hosting, device or third-party platform problems. Where an issue materially affects a lesson or service, the academy and learner should communicate promptly and seek a reasonable practical solution.
Updates
Programs, technology and academy procedures may develop over time. These terms may therefore be updated. Continuing to use the relevant service after an updated version takes effect may be subject to the current published terms and any rights provided by applicable law.
